We specialize in non-invasive and advanced aesthetic services such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, microneedling, hydrofacials, chemical peels, body contouring, IV therapy, and Advanced Aesthetic treatments.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, polished, and client-focused Receptionist & Client Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is well-presented, an excellent communicator, sales-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics. This role combines front desk responsibilities with sales and customer service, making you a key part of both client experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client follow-ups.
Handle intake forms, payments, and day-to-day reception desk duties.
Present treatments, packages, and promotions with confidence to convert inquiries into bookings.
Support sales goals by educating clients on services and products.
Professionally manage escalated client situations and resolve issues calmly.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance as a representative of the clinic.
Stay informed and enthusiastic about aesthetics and emerging treatments.

Requirements

MUST have ARABIC & ENGLISH communication skills (spoken and written).
Professional and well-groomed appearance with strong presentation skills.
Previous experience in reception, client care, or sales (medical spa, salon, or luxury service is an asset).
Proven ability to convert leads and upsell services.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.
Tech-savvy (booking software, email, and social media).
Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
