Roles and responsibilities:

Answer phone call
Respond to all emails in a timely manner, either answering the inquiries directly or directing the correspondence to the appropriate party
Assist Sales Representative with preparing documents, amendments, and any paperwork required for the administration of the site office
Prepare and provide daily/weekly reports to the Builder and the Sales Administration team as may be required now and on-going into the future
Report on site office property management issues, deficiencies and order office supplies through the Builder’s office as necessary
Report regularly to the developer and the sales administration team on any customer related issues, complaints or sales inquiries
This is a part-time hourly contract role
The posting is for an existing vacancy

Applicant requirements:

1-3 years experience as sales office administrator, or brokerage administrator
Proficiency in all standard MS office software, e-signing application such as DocuSign, e-Meeting software like ZOOM or Google Meets, and other standard business applications is a requirement
Fluency in English is a requirement
Fluency in any other language is a bonus
Professional and customer centric communications and phone mannerisms
Familiarity with the real estate sales process is a bonus
Licenced Sales Representative is a bonus
University degree is a bonus
Must be willing to attend the sales office at 2169 Lake Shore Blvd W., Etobicoke Ontario on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 12pm-5pm. All other work can be done remotely

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
