Job Description
Global Network Engineering
We are currently seeking a Global Network Engineer to lead the design, testing, and initial deployment of network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure at all global IKO locations. The role focuses on Level 3 support, developing proofs of concept (POCs), implementing new technologies, and creating comprehensive documentation to support the Network Operations team. The incumbent will apply advanced technical expertise, problem-solving, and communication skills to align solutions with IKO’s business requirements and global IT standards. This opportunity is based fully onsite at our Mississauga, ON office location and reports to our Senior Manager, Global Network and Communications.
WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
Designing and implementing network, security, voice, and cloud networking infrastructure (e.g., Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN gateways) to meet business requirements and align with defined Global IT standards.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting network, security, voice, and Aruba Wireless and Aruba Central issues using standard tools and processes.
Maintaining published documentation for technical procedures, policies, and standard processes related to network, cloud networking, and Aruba Wireless and Aruba Central infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
