Full job description

Rare Events is looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team for the following event:

Great Outdoors Comedy Festival on September 11, 12, and 13 at Erindale Park. We pay a competitive wage of $17.60/hr + a guaranteed $15/hr in tips.

We are currently hiring for a number of different positions, including:

Food & Drink Runners (Servers)
Bartenders
Bar Assistants (BA's)
Hawkers
Expeditors

Shift Schedule

Sept 11 shifts run from 3:30pm until 11pm
Sept 12 & 13 shifts will vary based on the position you are hired for. Examples of shifts include 11am to 5pm, 11am to 11pm, and 5pm to 11pm.

Shift times are approximate and may be subject to change.

Requirements:

Must be 19+ years of age.
Must be available to work a shift on all 3 days of the event.
Must have a valid Smart Serve certificate, or be willing to get one prior to starting work. For more information on Smart Serve, click here.
Bartending and/or serving experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for candidates with the right attitude and customer service experience.
