As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Storefront Associate to join our team in Mississauga.

You do not need to be a cryptocurrency expert—we provide training. What matters most is professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
You'll be part of a team that helps customers complete transactions safely, confidently, and efficiently while representing a trusted brand in the digital asset and financial services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, and money transfer transactions.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and customer-first experience.
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Verify transaction information and maintain proper documentation.
- Support day-to-day storefront operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Help customers understand our services and answer general questions.
- Follow company policies, compliance procedures, and operational standards.
- Provide dependable shift coverage and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Support sales efforts by upselling relevant products or services aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends related to cryptocurrency and currency exchange to provide knowledgeable assistance
