Full job description

We are a successful dog services company that has been in operation for 26 years.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations across our dog-care services, including walking, boarding, and grooming. This role is responsible for daily execution, staff performance, service quality, and operational consistency across all service lines. The Office Manager ensures that all dogs in our care are safe, staff are well-supported, and clients consistently receive reliable, high-quality service.

This is a hands-on role that blends office administration, staff coordination, and direct dog care.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

Check and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely professional manner
Communicate with dog walkers throughout the day to ensure schedules are accurate and up-to-date
Handle client questions, concerns and issue resolution
Update office software with client information
Manage social media, including Instagram posts and marketing promotions
Assist with website management and updates
Liaise with Grooming Manager to ensure grooming schedules are continuously updated and coordinated.
Order office supplies montly

On-Site Tasks:

Maintaining a clean office environment daily
Professional interaction with clients
Provide direct care and supervision of dogs

Those that apply must have experience in Customer Service and/or Communications.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
