Berman Stairs Inc is a premier manufacturer and installer of high-end stairways and railings, dedicated to craftsmanship and quality. We pride ourselves on delivering custom solutions that elevate interior spaces with elegance and precision.We are looking for a motivated and dependable Carpenter / Installer to join our growing team. This position involves a combination of shop work and travel to customer sites for installations. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are willing to travel, we'd like to hear from you.

## Responsibilities

- Build and assemble custom wood products.

- Perform on-site installations at customer locations.

- Read and work from drawings and measurements.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

## Qualifications

- Experience in carpentry or woodworking.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Willing and able to travel for installations.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- CNC machining experience is considered an asset but is not a must .
