FIXED TERM CONTRACT The Associate Creative Director, Copy (ACD, Copy) works with teams of art directors, copywriters, and strategists to conceive and execute a variety of communication projects through a wide range of media. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for ensuring that design, copy and UX are greater than the sum of their parts and ladder up to strategic insights on all projects that they lead.

Actively participate in staffing and evaluating the scope of work

Manage delegation and workflow on multiple projects/brands

Manage multiple teams and multiple work streams efficiently, effectively, and profitably
Communicate actively with project teams to keep deliverables on track and on schedule
Must demonstrate exceptional written communication skills, a strong portfolio of oncology work, and the ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, compelling, and accurate promotional copy.
Deep understanding of oncology communications, including the ways that tumor biology, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy are discussed by HCPs.
Familiarity with Veeva is desirable, and experience across a broad range of channels including digital, print, and video.
