We are hiring an Assembler for a leading manufacturing and engineering company specializing in industrial mixing equipment and agitation solutions. This is a hands-on, mechanically focused role suited for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and precision assembly.

Location: Steeles Ave W & Tobram Rd, Brampton
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: Straight Days – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical components including taper, split, and roller bearings
- Perform mechanical seal installations and shaft alignment
- Fit and fasten components including bolts and hardware
- Carry out drilling and tapping tasks using hydraulic and manual drills
- Complete general mechanical assembly duties
- Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers and drills
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on mechanical experience
- Proven practical skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Ability to use basic and hydraulic tools safely and effectively
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in equipment assembly or industrial machinery
- Leadership or mentoring experience on the shop floor
