The Landscape Crew Leader role is full-time and requires truck and trailer experience, clean G driver's license, the physical ability to lift heavy loads, and a positive team-player attitude. The Crew Leader must be comfortable with delegating multiple employees on a job site to maximize production and project completion, keep everyone busy, and properly progress through projects. This position requires the individual to have strong knowledge and execution abilities around patio installation, retaining/feature walls of differing materials, steps and staircases, softscaping. Fencing and decking is a bonus.
Job duties often include: grading and laying interlock, excavation methods/determining proper depths and heights, basic fencing/carpentry work again is a plus, machine experience (skidsteer, mini-excavator, "MT100 Bobcat") and other various duties. Our yard and starting point is North Burlington, the individual must have reliable transportation.
