Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a full-time role as a Sales/Sleep Expert. This position requires work to be completed on-site at both our Hästens Markham showroom located at 179 Enterprise Blvd, Markham, ON and at 20 Hazelton Ave, Toronto, ON, based on business needs. Candidates must be able to reliably commute between both store locations.

Role Objectives:
The Sales / Sleep Consultant is responsible for achieving sales goals by promoting the Hästens brand philosophy through an immersive Sleep Spa Experience. This role involves creating an environment where genuine passion and the wellness-centered culture of Hästens are conveyed to every client.

Job Responsibility
- Elevate in-store experience and immersive bed testing experience (Hästens Sleep Spa experience) by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.
- Generate sales leads through various outreach channels (Octopus, LinkedIn, Local outreach and other social media).
- Actively follow up with open lead in sales pipeline.
- Convert outreach and walk-in client with immersive bed testing experience (Hästens Sleep Spa experience).
- Capture client information and foster a positive relationship with clients.
- Provide service excellence when communicating and serving clients.
- Fosters a synergistic sales environment to close sales.
- Constantly drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial goal.
- Cultivate and maintain a long going after sale relationship with client.
- Provide after sales support (Arranging bed service etc.).
- Representing Hästens Toronto or Hästens Markham at social events.
- Be accountable for inventory count.
- Engagement in store visual merchandising by following corporate guidelines directives.
- Upkeep of store cleanliness and presentation.
- Adhere to company guide line, policies and SOP.

Qualification
- Ability to reliably travel between Hästens Toronto and Hästens Markham
- Minimum of 2 years in retail
- Customer service experience or hospitality experience
- Proven sales track record
- Self motivating and result driven
- Team player
- Athletic background an assets
- Proficient in MS Office software suites, POS systems and other digital tools.
- Must be able to work during company's blackout period which maybe adjusted from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
