About the Role
We are a premium residential services company launching a new service operation based in Oakville, Ontario, serving homeowners across Oakville and Burlington. Our services include window cleaning (interior and exterior), gutter cleaning, power washing, holiday lighting design and installation, and patio furniture winterization, and we are building the team that will make it run.
The Branch Manager is our first leadership hire. This person will work directly with the founding team to launch and run the Oakville operation: hiring and managing field technicians, owning the client experience, and building the systems and standards that will scale as the business grows.

What You’ll Do
Launch & Operations: Year 1 Priority
- Own day-to-day operations of the Oakville location, servicing clients across Oakville and Burlington
- Hire, train, and manage field technicians to our service standards
- Ensure every job is delivered on time, on spec, and to brand standard
- Manage scheduling, routing, and job flow through our job management platform
- Handle client escalations and own the end-to-end client experience
- Manage vehicle readiness, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
Systems & Standards Building
- Work with the founding team to refine service SOPs, training materials, and quality checklists
- Identify operational gaps and propose solutions before they become problems
- Track and report on key performance metrics
Sales & Business Development
- Support local lead generation and client outreach across the Oakville and Burlington market
- Build relationships with repeat clients
- Help develop and test recurring maintenance plan offerings
Who You Are
You’re an operator at heart. You’ve run a team before, you know what good looks like in the field, and you don’t need to be told twice. You’re equally comfortable building a training document in the morning and helping a crew close out a job site in the afternoon.
You likely have:
- 5–7 years of experience in home services, field service management, or branch operations
- A track record of managing small teams and holding people accountable to standards
- Hands-on comfort with CRM tools, scheduling software, or job management platforms
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of resolving issues professionally
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence and a clean driving record
- A genuine interest in building something, not just managing something
Bonus if you have:
- Background in exterior cleaning, trades, landscaping, or seasonal service businesses
- Experience launching a new location or getting a startup operation off the ground
- Familiarity with multi-location or scaled service operations
What We Offer
- $65,000-$75,000 base salary
- 5% bonus on monthly gross profit — the more the operation produces, the more you earn
