This program focuses on applied pharmaceutical regulatory and quality practices, including product development, global regulatory frameworks, compliance, and quality assurance systems within the life sciences sector. Students develop industry-aligned competencies to support safe, effective, and compliant pharmaceutical products in domestic and international markets.
We welcome applications for part-time teaching opportunities. Course assignments are based on scheduling and instructional needs. Contract faculty typically teach up to 6 hours per week. While some courses may be offered online or in a hybrid format, availability for on-campus teaching is often preferred. Education

Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant scientific field is required; a Master’s degree or post-graduate certificate in regulatory affairs or a related discipline is preferred
Experience

Minimum three (3) years of recent industry experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs, product development, or quality operations

Demonstrated post-secondary teaching experience and/or experience delivering training in an industry setting is preferred

Practical experience in areas such as product formulation, regulatory submissions, quality systems, or compliance

Experience mentoring or training students or early-career professionals is an asset
Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and global harmonization practices (e.g., ICH, FDA, Health Canada)

Expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and pharmaceutical development processes
