The Sales Manager will lead and oversee all sales operations across divisions while acting as the primary liaison with the brands to ensure accurate, timely updates on all client files. This role requires a highly organized, results-driven professional who can manage teams, reporting, and multi-division coordination in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a manager for a new and rewarding career. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the President and Vice President across all divisional client and tenant portfolios on behalf of The Bridg Group of Companies. Position:Sales Manager
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

Position Responsibilities and Duties
- Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Check previous day metrics, call volume, and close rates.
- Examine Sales Pipelines: Track pipeline health and calculate daily run rates against monthly goals.
- Identify Stalled Deals: Isolate bottlenecks or blocked prospects before the team begins selling.
- Conduct Daily Stand-ups: Lead 15-minute huddles to sync goals, share wins, and boost mindset.
Afternoon: Coaching and Revenue Execution
The core of the day involves active, hands-on support to advance deals.
- Provide Individual Coaching: Run scheduled 1:1 session focused on sales techniques and deal progression.
- Conduct Live Call Audits: Join reps on live calls or listen to recordings to provide direct feedback.
- Remove Process Obstacles: Eliminate internal friction points like tedious CRM entry or paperwork.
- Engage Top Clients: Join sales calls for high-value accounts or step in to resolve customer disputes.
- Recruit and Interview: Meet prospective talent to keep a fresh pipeline of potential new hires.
Late Afternoon: Strategy and Reporting
The end of the day shifts toward administrative maintenance and long-term planning. [1, 2]
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Sync with marketing to ensure steady lead flow and unified brand messaging.
- Maintain CRM Hygiene: Enforce complete, clean deal records and data entry across the entire team.
- Generate Sales Forecasts: Reconcile pipeline movement into projections for upper management.
- Evaluate Strategies: Tweak promotional offers, territory management plans, or target market assignments.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage sales operations across all divisions: Mortgage, Investment, Real Estate, Aid, Consulting, Legal, and Lead Generating firm.
- Conduct and supervise daily/weekly sales calls and team check-ins.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for sales staff.
Client Relations & Brand Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact with MIRACLE Brand for real-time status updates on all client files.
- Uphold and maintain client relations across all brands while adhering to CLVE standards.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client experience across all divisions.
Sales Strategy & Performance
- Oversee daily sales activities, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all divisions.
- Collaborate with leadership on sales forecasting, budgeting, and target setting.
Reporting, Compliance & Auditing
- Audit and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, compliance, and commission reports.
- Oversee deal file management, ensuring compliance, completeness, and audit readiness.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and client confidentiality.
Systems, Process & CRM Management
- Monitor CRM systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Manage and improve sales processes, workflows, and internal systems.
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and execution of client deliverables.
- Coordinate and manage and participate sales events, expos, and workshops.
Qualifications and Other Requirements:
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, real estate, or consulting.
· A bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing is needed
· Previous leadership or team management experience required.
· Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance tracking.
· Excellent technology skills in using all Microsoft Suite Software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook, Google Chrome, etc.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and procedures clearly and concisely; ability to work with highly sensitive information
· Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, sums, drop-downs, PivotTables, Macros, etc.
· Prior experience working in a multi-division or multi-product organization is highly preferred
· Resides in proximity to the office in Vaughan (preferred)

Assets:
· Prior experience in the real estate, financial, or investment industry is an asset.
· Any degree or diploma with a concentration in Professional Selling, and/or Sales Management is considered an asset.
· Formal training in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a plus.
· NASL, NSAP, CNE Certification
Work Schedule and Conditions:
· Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
· Tuesday & Thursday Shift: 12.30 pm to 9:00 PM
· Wednesday /Saturday alternatives as needed
· Daily pressure to meet outreach targets, handle objections, and convert leads into appointments.
· Must be comfortable sitting and speaking on the phone for extended periods.
· Regular meetings with President to review weekly performance, lead quality, and conversion goals.
· Support and attend all in-office events, expos, or promotional campaigns is required.
