Key Responsibilities
Rebates Management

Manage vendor rebate programs including:
- Set up and maintenance of promotions (monthly and ongoing)
- Processing and submitting rebate claims at month-end
Handle high-volume rebate activity
Ensure accuracy and compliance with vendor program requirements (e.g., EDU, trade-in, promotional offers)
Track and reconcile rebate claims to ensure timely recovery

SKU & Pricing Database Management

Maintain and update product database (SKUs and pricing) including:
- New SKU setup and ongoing maintenance
- Cost verification (quarterly)
- Proactive delisting and updates of inactive or obsolete items
Support stocking and commercial SKUs, including:
- B2B segments (Education, Government, Special Opportunities)
- Creation and maintenance of “child” SKUs for specific programs
Manage vendor communications (primarily via email) related to pricing and product updates
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems

Vendor Program Administration

Support setup, maintenance, and claims for vendor pricing and promotional programs
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure program execution aligns with business requirements
Maintain organized records of vendor agreements and program details
