Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all QA and food safety functions. In this pivotal role, you will:

Develop and implement robust quality systems
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability across all manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and oversee QA programs aligned with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and applicable FDA regulations
Lead quality audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
Manage quality control processes to ensure products meet safety, quality, and consistency standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings or customer feedback
Monitor and report on KPIs related to product quality, process efficiency, and compliance metrics
Conduct root cause analysis and lead projects to optimize processes and reduce defects
Train staff at all levels on quality systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field
Proven QA experience in food manufacturing or related sectors
Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations applicable to food products
Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing quality management systems
Skilled in root cause analysis, process improvement, and defect reduction
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
