Since 2014, Ask4Care Support Services Inc. has been a trusted provider of healthcare staffing and workforce solutions across Ontario. As we continue expanding our corporate client base and prepare for the future rollout of our franchise network, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven National Business & Franchise Sales Specialist to help lead our next phase of growth.
This is a performance-driven sales position for someone who enjoys prospecting, developing relationships, negotiating agreements, and closing business. Position Summary
Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving business growth by securing new corporate healthcare clients while supporting the expansion of Ask4Care's future franchise network across Canada.
You will manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through presentations, negotiations, contract execution, and relationship management. As our brand continues to expand nationally, you will also assist in identifying and qualifying future franchise opportunities, supporting territory development, and representing Ask4Care at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across Canada through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic relationship building.
- Identify and secure new contracts with hospitals, long-term care homes, retirement residences, community organizations, private healthcare providers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Conduct sales presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close new business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Franchise Development
- Support Ask4Care's national franchise expansion strategy by identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct introductory franchise presentations and discovery meetings.
- Assist qualified candidates through the franchise recruitment process.
- Support market research, territory planning, and expansion initiatives across Ontario, Western Canada, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless transition from franchise approval to onboarding.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales lifecycle using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity reporting.
- Track sales performance, lead conversion, and business development metrics.
- Attend conferences, networking events, healthcare expos, and franchise exhibitions throughout Canada.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful onboarding of new clients and future franchise partners.
- Represent the Ask4Care brand professionally and uphold the company's values in every client interaction.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- New corporate client acquisition.
- Growth in recurring contract revenue.
- Franchise lead generation and conversions.
- Pipeline accuracy and CRM management.
- Development of strategic relationships across Canada's healthcare sector.
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful business development, B2B sales, franchise sales, or account management experience.
- Proven ability to generate new business and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within healthcare staffing, healthcare services, franchising, or professional services.
- Knowledge of Canadian healthcare procurement processes is an asset.
- Familiarity with franchise development and Canadian franchise legislation is an asset.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Travel
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada approximately 25–40% of the time.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel by air when required.
