Job Summary

Join our dynamic driving school team as a Driving School Instructor, where you will play a vital role in shaping confident, responsible drivers of tomorrow. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, foster safe driving habits, and inspire learners of all ages. As an instructor, you will deliver engaging lessons that combine practical driving skills with essential traffic safety knowledge, ensuring each student is well-prepared for the road ahead. Duties

Deliver comprehensive driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safe driving techniques and traffic laws
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Prepare students for licensing exams by reviewing theoretical knowledge and practical skills
Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student attendance, and performance evaluations
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during instruction to promote a secure learning environment
Communicate clearly with students, parents, and administrative staff regarding progress and scheduling
Stay updated on local traffic regulations and best practices in driver education to provide current and effective instruction

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in driver education or related fields
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and motivate learners
Classroom experience or previous instructional roles demonstrating patience and adaptability
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; required certifications as per local regulations (e.g., driver instructor certification)
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for teaching safety and fostering responsible driving habits
