Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Senior Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk. This role is essential in delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle various guest-related responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and courteously
Maintain accurate cash handling and billing procedures for all transactions
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met effectively
Oversee front desk staff, providing training and support as needed
Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to guest services
Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently

Experience

Prior experience with Opera POS system preferred
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of guest services principles and hospitality standards
Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Leadership experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for management duties
