Full job description

General description:

Front desk agents will be required to greet, register, and check-out guests, providing prompt and courteous service.

Check-in/check-out guests in friendly & professional manner
Greet customers and guests
Respond to requests and inquiries
Taking reservations and managing guest accounts
Promptly and courteously answer phone calls using positive, clear communication
Resolve guest issues or complaints
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain a high standard of service
Light cleaning

Seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, high reliability and a self-starting personality. Professional appearance and manner required. Must be available to work weekends & holidays when necessary.

Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour

Education:

Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
