Receptionist – Full-Time

Pye Chevrolet Buick GMC

We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our growing dealership team. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, professional, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.

What We Expect From You

Demonstrate our shared values every day.
Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Manage the dealership front desk, keeping it organized and presentable.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
Assist customers by answering questions or directing them to the appropriate team member.
Assist with Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) documentation and processing for both new and used vehicle sales.
Prepare, organize, and maintain vehicle delivery and registration paperwork.
Maintain accurate records and perform general office administration duties.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized office environment.

We Hire Attitude Over Aptitude, But We Do Have a Few Non-Negotiables

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer software.
Previous office administration or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required.
A willingness to learn and grow within an evolving automotive industry.
