Due to our continuing growth and success, we are seeking to fill the following position:

Territory Sales Manager – Maritimes, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick

The successful candidate will have the responsibility of growing our existing sales position in the territory by fostering the growth of our existing dealers and expanding our product penetration through new dealer opportunities. The successful candidate will attend the ABSDA show, dealer contractor nights, socials, and trade and consumer shows to service dealer requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

Field activity within assigned accounts including relations, product application and stability, product sales and delivery, service and product installation instruction, and collections.
Regular calls on existing customers and consistently prospects new business.
Coordinates, promotes, and advances the visibility and presence of the entire product line.
Maintains continual awareness of activity within the architectural and construction industry.
Represents clients at all company-sponsored events.
Pursues leads, gives product demonstrations, and discusses product options with the customers.
Ensures quotes and orders are accurate and follows the company sales processes.
Ensures customer issues and concerns are addressed promptly.
Influences prompt delivery of orders and inventory turns by effectively communicating appropriate product lead times and accurate customer need dates.
Ensures products are installed properly and following recommended guidelines.
Updates customers of business changes such as product offering, pricing, or assembly options.
Participates in various departmental and interdepartmental meetings or training as required.
Overnight travel will be required.

Position Qualifications:

3-5 Window and door sales experience an asset.
3-5 Sales management/leadership an asset.
Installed sales experience an asset.
Working knowledge of the Construction industry and reading blueprints an asset.
Self-starter able to work independently and proficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills are a necessity.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong decision-making ability.
Post-Secondary education an asset.
