Position Overview: The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the Food and Beverage department, responsible for assisting with overseeing the daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and contributing to financial success. This role involves leading and supervising a team, maintaining operational excellence, and actively managing guest experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous Supervisory experience in food & Beverage or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have Food Handling Safety and Proserve (or attain before first shift)
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
- A passion for hospitality and creating superior guest experiences

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

- Responsible for leading by example in the consistent delivery of top-notch service.
Guest Satisfaction
- Promote the best guest experiences - predict the guests needs before they ask. monitoring guest feedback and taking appropriate actions to address concerns and enhance the guest experience.
