Full job description

We’re hiring an experienced Optical Manager to lead our Maple Ridge clinic. If you’re passionate about eyewear, customer care, and team leadership, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-performing retail optical environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support a small team of amazing optical sales professionals
Drive sales and exceed targets across eyewear and optical products
Oversee daily clinic operations (scheduling, merchandising, workflow)
Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear solutions
Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

What You Bring

3+ years optical experience (required)
Retail sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to multitask
Weekend availability (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm)
Optician License is an asset – fee reimbursement
