Summary

We are seeking a Bindery Worker to join our dynamic team. Based in our facility, this role is vital to ensuring the quality and precision of our finished print products, supporting our mission to push creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain bindery equipment to ensure high-quality finishing of print products.
Perform hand assembly, finishing, sheet feeding, collating, coiling, folding, bindery operations
Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials and overseeing packaging.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues with machinery as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience with bindery or finishing processes in a print manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate high productivity efficiency, accuracy and team collaboration.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and packaging procedures.
Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
