Role Overview
KIMBO is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and client-focused Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead a diverse portfolio of projects including websites, branding, marketing campaigns, communications initiatives, video production, print collateral, recruitment campaigns, and economic development projects.
Working closely with the Principal, you will coordinate internal team members and external consultants, manage project schedules and budgets, and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

About the Role
This role combines project management, client service, and account development. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects including websites, branding, marketing campaigns, print collateral, video production, recruitment campaigns, and economic development initiatives. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track while building strong client relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Success in this role includes delivering projects on time and within budget, maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value for existing clients, and supporting KIMBO's continued growth through exceptional service and collaboration.

Role Requirements
· Lead and coordinate multiple projects from inception to completion, including websites, branding, marketing campaigns, print collateral, video production, communications initiatives, and economic development projects.
· Comfortable building authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders while acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
· Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
· Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets.
· Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet objectives.
· Facilitate effective communication among clients, team members, and stakeholders.
· Manage project documentation, reporting, and quality assurance processes.
· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
· Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
· Effectively manage competing priorities, expectations, and differing viewpoints.
· Coordinate and support a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, writers, strategists, and external consultants.
· Draft and review client communications, marketing content, presentations, and project documentation with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support account growth.

Role Qualifications
- Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in project management within a creative or digital agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills to represent our company in all interactions with clients, staff, suppliers and potential clients.
- Experience with project estimations and proposals
Nice to Have
- Project Management Professional (“PMP”) or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of current digital landscape: Familiarity with: Google Adwords, SEO, HTML, CSS
- Strong preference may be given to those who have technical knowledge of building WordPress websites
- Strong preference for estimating and pricing experience
- Familiar with project management tools such as ClickUp, Salesforce & Function Fox
- Experience working with government or large organizations
