At our integrated private clinic, we believe exceptional pediatric care starts with giving providers the time, support, and collaborative environment they need to do their best work.

We're expanding our pediatric team and are looking for a compassionate Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who wants to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

Competitive Compensation

$145,000–$165,000 annually, based on experience
Shared call rotation
Modern clinic with excellent administrative support

Work-Life Balance

Our shared call schedule means you'll participate in a 2-week on-call rotation, divided among all providers, ensuring continuity of care while maintaining balance outside of work.

What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents
Perform well-child visits and developmental assessments
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
Deliver preventive care, immunizations, and health promotion
Partner with families to support healthy growth and development
Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care
Contribute to established pediatric programs that improve outcomes for children and families

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner licensed (or eligible for licensure)
Pediatric specialty certification or significant pediatric clinical experience
Approximately 2+ years of pediatric primary care experience preferred
Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centred care
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
