What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional service to new and existing Team Sales customers.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and follow up on sales leads.
- Deliver accurate product information, quotes, and solutions to customers.
- Set up and manage off-site displays and booths.
- Collaborate with the Team Sales Department to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Continuously build knowledge on new products and services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and via email.
- Proficient computer skills, with experience in typing (40 WPM), Excel, and other essential tools.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quick-learning individual who thrives in a team environment.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic sports knowledge is a plus, and a passion for customer service is a must!
