Field Marketing Team Lead (Door- To - Door Canvassing)
Full-Time
$18–$25/hour + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in helping grow and lead our canvassing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll:

Work directly in the field with your team
Generate appointments and leads
Help coach and motivate junior canvassers
Support new hire development and training
Lead by example through performance and attitude
Help build a winning, high-energy culture

This role offers a clear path toward senior leadership and in-home sales opportunities within the company.

✅ Canvassing targeted neighborhoods and generating leads
✅ Setting appointments for our Product Specialists
✅ Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members
✅ Supporting daily team motivation and performance
✅ Helping maintain high standards in the field
✅ Representing EcoTech professionally and energetically

Experience

Door-to-door or canvassing experience required
