Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates across various industries.

Duties

Conduct research and utilize various channels to identify potential candidates through cold calling, lead generation, and social media outreach.
Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Support talent acquisition initiatives by engaging with passive candidates and building talent pools for future hiring needs.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Participate in training & development programs to stay current with best practices in recruiting, sourcing strategies, and HR technology tools.
Collaborate with HR team members on employee relations initiatives and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with familiarity in HR sourcing techniques.
Fluency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is considered a strong asset.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to conduct interviewing sessions confidently while assessing candidate qualifications accurately.
Excellent research skills combined with cold calling experience to generate leads and build candidate pipelines.
Familiarity with human resources practices related to employee relations and training & development is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
