ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing operational tasks; Replenishment & Recovery of merchandise, overall Store Organization.
- Meeting expectations of achieving Average Dollar Sale (ADS), Items Per Customer (IPC), and Stores Conversion Goals
- Demonstrates and ensures embodiment of Fossil’s Core Values: Authenticity, Grit, Curiosity, Sense of Humor and Making an Impact.
- Creates a Radical Customer Experience using selling skills and training materials.
