Automotive Sales Consultant

Vegreville Ford | Vegreville, AB

Full-Time | $35,000–$100,000+ per year | Commission + Bonuses

We’re looking for the right person to join our sales team at Vegreville Ford.

And for us, who you are matters more than how many vehicles you’ve sold.

We’re a small town dealership, and our reputation matters. Our customers are our neighbours, friends, local business owners, farmers and families — along with people who make the drive to us from communities across Alberta.

That’s why honesty and integrity are non-negotiable here.

We want someone who treats people properly, does what they say they’re going to do, and understands that a successful career in automotive sales is built on relationships — not pressure.

You Don't Need Automotive Experience

If you're good with people, willing to learn and motivated to build a career, we can teach you the automotive side of the business.

With the current Management team, there are more than 70 years of automotive experience in this dealership.

You'll have the opportunity to learn from people who have built long careers in this industry and understand what it takes to develop repeat customers, earn referrals and build a reputation that lasts.

Experience in sales, agriculture, equipment, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused business is an asset — but it isn't required.

Character is more important to us than your résumé.

What You'll Do

You'll help customers through one of the biggest purchases they'll make.

That includes:

Helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs
Providing an honest, straightforward buying experience
Following up with leads and existing customers
Building your own customer base
Developing repeat and referral business
Learning our products and staying current on Ford vehicles
Representing Vegreville Ford professionally in the dealership and in the community
