The Position:
The Powder Coating Applicator will work under supervision and direction of the Production Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring the high-quality finish of our powder coated products.

Responsibilities:
- Applies powder as per specifications and ensures quality of finish throughout the powder coating process.
- Participates in material preparation through pretreatment dip tanks.
- Applies masking for multi-color applications.
- Manages loading and unloading of oven to facilitate smooth material flow.
- Keeps work area clean and organized; assist as required in the daily maintenance of equipment.
Skills & Abilities:
- A solid work ethic with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Will follow directions, and seek clarification of duties as required.
- Pays attention to details with ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Can perform well with little supervision as experience is gained.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry an asset.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel and crouch at times to perform assigned tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable using a variety of power and manual hand tools.
- Must be able to use hands and arms to reach for, grasp, and manipulate objects skillfully.
