Wage Scale: Our Drivers earn hourly wages starting from $21 up to $30, and Swampers from $20 up to $26 -- performance reviews every 6 months ensure you have opportunities for regular wage increases - and not including bonuses such as road allowance, heavy items, tips and more! Those applying for Driver must have full class 5 license and good driving history (abstract).
Duties and Qualifications:
- Represent Two Small Men in a professional manner by being respectful towards our clients, their homes & belongings.
- Abiding by Canadian Transportation laws and codes including safe driving practices and performing daily truck inspections.
- Ability to use GPS and track truck’s movements.
- Fueling truck at the end of the day.
- Understand and abide by company policies and procedures.
- Pack boxes, disassemble items, and/or wrap furniture if needed.
- Load and unload the moving truck.
- Move all items without damaging the customer's home.
- Class 5, Class 3, or Class 1 with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. or more on a regular basis throughout the day.
- Punctual, Reliable, Team-player with heavy focus on customer service.
