Job Description

Reporting to the Talent Manager and part of the Talent Center of Excellence (a team of three professionals), the Talent Coordinator plays a key role in the success of our recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives.

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate multiple files simultaneously, manage numerous details with precision, and provide exceptional support to our managers, employees, and candidates. If you enjoy being at the center of the action, making a direct impact, and driving initiatives forward, this opportunity is for you.

This position can be based in Quebec or British Columbia and will support our operations across Quebec, British Columbia, and Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Draft, post, and monitor job postings across various recruitment platforms.
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews or phone assessments in both French and English.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across our different locations.
Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment screening processes.
Coordinate the administrative onboarding process for new employees and ensure welcome communications are sent.
Support the organization and logistics of recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding events.

Training, Engagement, and Development

Coordinate onboarding and integration programs for new employees.
Organize all training logistics, including registrations, invitations, training materials, meeting rooms, virtual platforms, communications, and follow-ups.
Coordinate satisfaction surveys and compile results related to recruitment and training activities.
Maintain training activity tracking files and performance indicators.
Ensure follow-up on mandatory training, certifications, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor training participation rates, completion rates, and effectiveness indicators.
Administer skills development platforms and tools, including Poka and the Tremplin program.
Prepare training reports and dashboards.
Coordinate the years of service recognition program and manage related administrative follow-up.
Support communication of organizational initiatives through communication screens and the Intranet.
Participate in Talent team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or any other relevant field of study.
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in a multi-site or manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written, level 4/5 or higher) to effectively communicate with internal clients and candidates across our Quebec, British Columbia, and Florida locations.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
High level of autonomy and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Comfortable with technology and highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills and strong internal customer service orientation.
Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at various levels and across multidisciplinary teams.
