Job Title: Center Director (Coding & STEM)
Company: Code Ninjas Westshore
Location: Langford / Victoria, BC (890 Goldstream Avenue)
Job Type: Part-time (September to June), transitioning to Full-time (July & August)
Salary: $21.00–$23.00 per hour + monthly performance bonuses
Start: Paid training for this role begins mid-August 2026
Who We Are
Code Ninjas is Canada’s largest network of coding centers for kids. At our Westshore center, kids ages 5–14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by building their own video games. While the kids are having a blast, parents are thrilled to see them gain confidence, logic, and problem-solving skills.
We place a massive value on community, inclusion, and getting to know every single family on a personal level. We aren't just teaching tech; we are building a space where kids truly feel they belong.
The Vibe & The Role
Think of this role less like traditional office management and more like orchestrating a live performance. Our most successful directors have a knack for production—they thrive when keeping multiple moving parts in perfect harmony, managing task-switching flawlessly, and keeping the energy high without losing their enthusiasm.
This role is deeply satisfying because you directly impact the lives of kids, parents, and families every single day. To excel here, you need a heavy dose of empathy and compassion to support our families, balanced with a sharp business sense to lead a team, drive growth, and be firm when the situation calls for it.
If you are a tech-friendly professional, an avid gamer, a coder, or someone with a background in stage management, theater production, or live events who loves building communities, you will thrive here.
Hours & Schedule
This is a hybrid role blending limited at-home administrative time with vibrant, in-person center operations.
- September to June: Up to 32 hours per week

- Communication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills.
- Status: Must be a Canadian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency status.

- Official Takeover: First week of September 2026. After a comprehensive, fully supported handover period, you will officially take the reins to launch and orchestrate our Fall season.
