Social Media Manager Overview
The Agency Victoria is seeking a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to work directly with Jason Binab and help grow one of Victoria's most recognized real estate brands.This is a unique opportunity to join a leading luxury real estate brokerage and become an integral part of Jason's day-to-day marketing and content creation efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, producing, and distributing content that showcases luxury properties, local communities, market insights, client success stories, and the entrepreneurial lifestyle behind a top-performing real estate business.You will work closely alongside Jason, helping document listing tours, property launches, client interactions, podcasts, events, and behind-the-scenes moments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable filming content on the go while transforming everyday moments into engaging social media content.The position offers rare access to some of Victoria's most prestigious homes, influential business owners, and exclusive real estate opportunities. You'll play a key role in shaping the public presence of both Jason and The Agency Victoria while building a portfolio of premium lifestyle and luxury real estate content.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Jason to plan, capture, edit, and publish social media content
- Follow and document day-to-day activities, client meetings, listing appointments, events, and community involvement
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form content showcasing luxury homes, agent branding, client success stories, market insights, and lifestyle features
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Capture behind-the-scenes content that highlights the personality, expertise, and daily operations of a top-performing real estate team
- Edit podcast audio and video content for publishing across streaming and social media platforms
- Engage with followers and online communities through timely and professional communication
- Design visually compelling graphics and marketing materials utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand growth and lead generation objectives
- Stay current with social media trends, luxury marketing strategies, and content creation best practices
