Job Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately while maintaining strong communication with both manufacturers and our internal service team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the dealership is properly reimbursed for all warranty-related work and that customers receive exceptional after-sale service.
The job:
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers and distributors.
- Review repair orders and verify warranty coverage and labor operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies.
- Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and parts staff to ensure accurate information.
- Track warranty parts returns and follow up on claim payments.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty submissions, approvals, and denials.
- Support the Service Department with administrative and reporting tasks as needed.
The requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous dealership or warranty administration experience preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience with DMS or warranty claim systems is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License upon employment.

Pay Plan: Hourly + commissions!
