JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a winning team where you can earn big! We provide full, hands-on training, and our top D2D canvassers consistently make $35–$55+ an hour—all while working flexible part-time hours.

Top reps earn $1,500+/week

Our top guy in the last 2 pay checks have made $55/hr and most recently $67/hr.

Plus, this position can lead to an Estimator role that pays over $100,000 annually. Bring your energy, great attitude, and people skills — we’ll take care of the rest!

This is one of the few opportunities where driven college students can make serious money, gain valuable communication and leadership skills, and work with a fun, motivated team that wants to win together.

We are a quickly growing local painting company, we have been in business for 5 years. We are one of the fastest growing painting companies on the island and we are looking to add superstars to our door to door marketing team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

--Both part-time and full-time work available (Between 10-40 hours a week)

--The opportunity to work alongside friends (applying together is encouraged!)

--You will be going door to door canvassing, gathering leads in residential neighborhoods.

--Gathering customer information and inputting into company provided tablet

--All training is provided

--No experience required

--This is a year round position

--If you are able to comfortably knock on customers doors in residential neighborhoods, you can make A LOT of money here

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

--Must work a minimum of 10-40 hrs a week. (You choose your own hours!)

--Must be outgoing, passionate and energetic.

--Must have a vehicle

--Must have a cell phone

--There are other positions to move up to available in the company, for our sales rep we always consider our top d2d canvassers for that position

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

Starting Wage: $30-$67/hr

We are currently structuring our pay as a Base Hourly + Commission or Pure Commission basis, the option is givin to the canvasser.
