Schedule:This is a 24/7 operation - candidates must have flexibility in their availability and able to work days, afternoons, and night shifts.

How you will contribute to collective success:

Support production by running dairy case machines and executing shipping and receiving warehouse tasks.
Working in a cooler environment, duties will include assisting the department in the day-to-day activities.

The type of team player who fits with the team:

You need to have a student status to apply on this position.
Class One highly preferred
Warehouse experience in a Cooler/Freezer environment preferred
Qualified to operate mobile equipment including swing reach forklift, reach truck forklift and pallet jack preferred
Able to work with and without direct supervision
Ability to work independently, take initiative and be an active team member
Ability to maintain a clean and safe workplace
Good written and oral communication skills
Must be able to record and maintain all records and other documentation
Able to organize, coordinate and prioritize work to ensure efficiency
Physically fit with a good attendance and personal safety record

This facility produces fluid and chocolate milk, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ice cream and soft serve products in a unique facility with a storied history on Vancouver Island.
