Part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for set hours weekdays from noon until 4:30pm. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is highly proficient at multi-tasking, works well independently, and takes pride in providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Primary position to answer and direct phone calls during shift, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Provide general information to clients and handle routine inquiries
- Manage scheduling and assist with calendar coordination
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and scanning
- Support staff with occasional project-based administrative work including rental increases and application processing
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Other administrative tasks
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear and professional phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team environment
Education: Secondary school completion preferred
Experience:
- Front desk or customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative support: 1 year (preferred)
