Full job description

We are looking for a full-time admin coordinator starting end of August (with part-time training hours in the summer) to work in the office and keep day-to-day operations on track. You will generally share the office with one other team member and will work closely with our coaching staff. You will be usually working 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday, but occasionally Friday and weekend admin staff may need time off and you will be asked to switch shifts/cover shifts when needed.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Answering phone and email inquiries from current and prospective families
Enrolling students and managing registrations in studio software
Coordinating coach schedules and finding substitute instructors when needed
Liaising between the front desk and the coaching team

Qualifications

Previous customer service or admin experience, especially in fast-paced settings
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Valid criminal record check
First aid certification is an asset
Experience in a gym, studio, or children’s activity setting is a plus
