Job Overview
We are seeking 2-3 skilled and dedicated Wax and Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in laser treatments and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for performing various laser procedures, ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation while delivering an outstanding experience to our clients. We are also open to training in full for the right candidate who wants to enter into the beauty industry starting as a full time Wax technician!
Duties
- Perform wax and laser hair removal and other laser treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized before and after each treatment session.
- Provide thorough consultations to clients, addressing their concerns and explaining procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate products to enhance client results.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laser technology.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Wax and Laser Technician or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols related to laser treatments.
- Experience in body waxing is a plus.
- Proven retail sales experience with the ability to recommend products effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Please note that we are a gender neutral wax and laser bar, and are looking for technicians who are comfortable working with and willing to learn the 40 min brazilian (brazilian service for people with penises).
Previous experience with laser hair removal is a plus.
