Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience. You will also assist in maintaining the flow of service by supporting our servers and ensuring that tables are set and cleared efficiently. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly to tables.
Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding food orders and guest requests.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Support overall restaurant operations by performing various tasks as needed.

Experience

Previous host/host experience is preferred but not required.
Background in food service or restaurant experience is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
Experience in hotel settings or guest services is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Knowledge of serving techniques and hospitality best practices. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while developing your skills in a supportive environment!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
