Schedule:This is a 24/7 operation - candidates must have flexibility in their availability and able to work days, afternoons, and night shifts.

How you will contribute to collective success:

Working in a production environment, duties will include assisting machine operators in the day-to-day activities.

This is a 24/7 operation - candidates must have flexibility in their availability and able to work days, afternoons, and night shifts.
Food manufacturing environment will be loud and requires hearing protection, wearing a hard hat, and following all food and personal safety policies and Good Manufacturing practices.
Using a forklift and pallet jack
Operating big stand-still machines involved with dairy products processing, packaging, etc.

The type of team player who fits with the team:

You need to have a student status to apply on this position.
Able to follow standard operational procedures and work in a safe manner.
Physically fit with the ability to lift to 50 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Experience in Food and Beverage industry, highly preferred

This facility produces fluid and chocolate milk, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ice cream and soft serve products in a unique facility with a storied history on Vancouver Island. Located minutes from downtown, we process Vancouver Island milk into world-class dairy products.
