Role Overview
The Service Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical support and service-related assistance. This role ensures a high standard of customer experience by managing incoming requests, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate records in the service management system. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday, for a total of 40 hrs weekly.
What We Offer
Competitive Salary:
- $40,000.00–$47,000.00 per year. Salary to commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do
Client Support & Communication
- Respond to phone, email, and client-initiated support requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and electronic channels.
- Issue quotes for parts/services and follow up for client approval.
- Provide regular updates to end users on ticket status and resolution progress.
Ticket Management & Documentation
- Accurately record and maintain service activity in Tecnet’s Service Management tools.
- Manage escalated client tickets, ensuring resolution or proper escalation.
- Document all service-related data, communications, and updates thoroughly.
Team Collaboration & Coordination
- Assist teammates by handling overflow service calls and sharing workload.
- Maintain regular communication with the supervisor on issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery teams for smooth, end-to-end client support.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills in English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
