Trillium Communities – Hart House
Perched amidst pristine landscaping and gardens, Hart House offers ocean and city views from the tranquil residential neighborhood on Gonzales Hill. Originally a heritage home and the private residence of former BC Premier John Hart, Hart House is a sweeping 10,000-square-foot home offering Long Term Care and Short-Term Stays.
Hart House is looking for a seasoned Director of Care to support the exceptional team at Hart House in meeting the complex care needs of their 20 long term care residents. Clinical expertise in skin and wound care, palliative care, infection prevention and control and excellent command of electronic health records (PCC in particular) is required.
