Gaslight Heat Services in Victoria since 1992 is seeking a competent individual with experience in gas heating installs and service, who likes the "family" atmosphere and wants to grow with our business! Looking for Candidates who have Gas Fitting and/ or Refrigeration experience. Customer service first attitude, and be able to work independently.
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Gas Service/Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, Fireplaces, tankless water heaters, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Additional Skills and Experience Required:
- Technically Inclined
- Experience in building, maintaining, and installing HVAC systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- 2 Years minimum installer/ service experience
- Excellent Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail
- Must comply with all safety standards and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
- A valid Drivers Licence with a clean driver's abstract
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC/ Heating, and Water systems according to specifications and schematics.
- Perform routine maintenance on units to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
