Residential Leasing Coordinator | Warrington Residential – Langford, BC

About the Role

We’re hiring a Residential Leasing Coordinator to support our Leasing and Property Management team based in Langford, BC. This is a contract full-time opportunity and you must be available on a weekend day so work days can be Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

This is an unlicensed admin role focused on leasing coordination, resident services, and marketing support. You will work under licensed team members and do not perform regulated real estate activities.

What You’ll Do

Schedule leasing tours, appointments, and follow-ups
Prepare applicant files (credit + references)
Respond to general tenant and prospect inquiries
Help draft tenant communications and notices
Support marketing listings and social media
Coordinate with internal teams and support daily operations

Requirements

1–2 years admin, customer service, or leasing support experience
Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); Yardi is an asset

No authority to sign or approve tenancy agreements
All leasing decisions handled by licensed team members
