Spa Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator to support the daily operations and overall success of the Boathouse Spa. This role is ideal for someone warm, welcoming, and highly organized, with a strong passion for exceptional guest service and wellness hospitality.

As a key point of contact for our guests, the Spa Coordinator helps create a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival to departure while supporting the spa team behind the scenes.

This position requires availability on weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities:

Greet Guests, provide facility tours and provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming, professional environment.
Schedule and manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and therapist calendars.
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
Process client check-ins, check-outs, and payments accurately.
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support sales.
Maintain client records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Coordinate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service.
Resolve client concerns professionally and assist with administrative tasks, inventory, and reception area upkeep.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel spa or luxury hospitality environment is preferred
Strong retail skills with the confidence to educate guests on home-care products; sales experience is an asset
Clear, knowledgeable communication when describing spa treatments, services, and amenities
Proactive team player who consistently looks for ways to enhance the guest experience
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Warm, genuine, and effective verbal communication skills
Strong judgment and reliable problem-solving abilities
Skilled at addressing guest inquiries and offering appropriate solutions or recommendations
High personal integrity and commitment to ethical work practices
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Aspects of Position:

Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Duties include occasional bending, pulling, carrying and heavy pushing (up to 40lbs.).
Will require sitting for long periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.14 per hour
